My aim is to get you to move your body, gain control of your nutrition and feel better in yourself, using methods that you can integrate into your lifestyle and maintain over a lifetime...after all, that is how long we have our bodies for.
Hi my name is Theo. I moved to London in 2019 after being in Australia for a year (see picture left). I've also been vegan since the start of 2021 which has incidentally helped broaden my nutritional knowledge, and has been a very tasty journey as well!
I've worked in a bingo hall, as a shop assistant at Zara, a fitness instructor and a personal trainer, and personal training has definitely been the best by FAR.
In my collective 7 years in the fitness industry I've learned that too many people, through NO fault of their own, have quite a few misconceptions regarding health and fitness (like when I first started my fitness journey) which can render their goals almost unachievable, if not just unnecessarily complicating their journey, so I want to demystify and make things clearer.
The barrier to entry is not as high as it seems, and I want to help you start where you can and get where you think you can't.
